Who we are

The Ofuq app is operated by TrendQuest Global. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you control it.

What we collect

Account: name, email, password (hashed, never visible to us), the country and city you choose.

Profile (optional): photo, bio, role, organisation, interests.

Your journey: lessons, scenarios and games completed, intake and leadership-style answers, reflections, goals and 90-day plan, points and badges.

Community: posts, comments, reactions and messages you send, and groups you join.

AI coach: the messages you write to the coach.

Notifications: a device token (only if you allow notifications) and your notification settings.

We do not use GPS location, we do not sell your data and we show no ads.

Why we use it

To run the app, save your progress and suggest relevant lessons and challenges.

To show your profile and posts to other members inside the app.

To send the notifications you chose.

If you join a programme run by an organisation (e.g. a university or NGO), that organisation sees your progress within that programme only.

To improve the app using aggregated statistics that do not identify you.

Who we share it with

Supabase — database hosting and sign-in.

Google Gemini — processes AI-coach messages to generate replies. Do not share sensitive information in the chat.

Expo — delivers notifications to your device.

Resend — sends account emails (sign-up confirmation and password reset).

Cloudflare — hosts the website and the web version.

The organisation that gave you an access code (university, NGO or youth centre): when you redeem a code linked to an organisation, its managers can see your name, email, redemption date and journey progress (lessons and stations completed, points, last activity) to follow the programme with you. They cannot see your reflections, messages or AI-coach chats.

We share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed from the database immediately; encrypted backups may hold it for up to 30 days before they expire.

Some shared records (such as a programme's statistics) may remain without any link to your name.

Your rights

Edit your profile any time from «أنا» → «تعديل الملف».

Delete your account and all your data from «أنا» → «حذف الحساب», or from the account-deletion page on our website.

Age

The app is intended for people aged 13 and over; younger children may not create an account.

If you are under 18, use the app with your parent or guardian's knowledge and consent. A parent or guardian can ask us to see or delete their child's data by contacting us.

If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we delete it.

Changes

Last updated: 2026-11-02. We will tell you inside the app about any important change.
